Dave and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my horse float! The work they did exceeded all expectations, their communication was fantastic and they went above and beyond in everything they did. Dave happily answered all of my questions before, during and after the work and always offered options that would work best for me and my budget. Dave and Jodie were very thorough when they initially came and quoted for the work that would need to be undertaken. They presented as very friendly, easy to talk to, down to earth, trustworthy people, with a lot of integrity. My dealings with them throughout this process have only cemented that initial impression. These are good, genuine people! As a female with no knowledge of metal work, painting or mechanics, it can often feel like you are being taken advantage of. Dave walked me through each part of what would need to be done, the associated costs and never once pressured me from the initial quoting to picking up the finished float. He made sure I was comfortable with every part of the process and was always available if I needed to ask questions or get advice on any aspects of the work. I honestly couldn’t have found a better company to trust my hard earned money and much loved float (Barry, as it is now named 😂) with. I would highly recommend Synergy Coatings, Dave and his team to anyone and everyone who wants high quality work done by high quality people!
